Hi, I'm Monique!

YOUR EXPERT DESIGNER
Our lead designer Monique has a Bachelor of Interior Design from Sheridan College, which has provided her with a strong foundation for understanding how spaces should flow and function.
One of her specialties would be working with small, awkward spaces and making them functional and comfortable. Monique’s previous experience in the commercial industry as a project manager has given her the knowledge and organizational skills need to work with sub-contractors/suppliers.
But most importantly, she has gained the skills needed to ensure the designs on paper are brought to life throughout the construction process.
Hi, I'm Andrew!

YOUR EXPERT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Andrew, our lead Construction manager first began with a passion in framing custom homes.
Framing not only taught him the fundamentals of construction but more specifically, the fundamentals of the structural components. Being in this industry allowed him to find his love for architecture and design.
Andrew studied architectural technology at Sheridan College, which lead him to the commercial construction industry.
He soon became the lead estimator and project manager for a commercial construction company.

Our Background

Prior to opening Park Road Design & Build we worked in the commercial industry managing high-end retail projects! The fast passed environment taught us how to manage projects efficiently and effectively.

In 2020 we were given the opportunity to build a home for a client on the Bay of Quinte. At the time we were living in Mississauga – so the project wasn’t around the corner, but we said why not! Once the project started, we began to fall in love with the Northumberland area, and thought it would be a great place to start our new adventure.

Today, we service homeowners just like you in Brighton, Northumberland County, PEC, Peterborough, Durham Region & surrounding areas. We can’t wait to design & build a home that you love.
